Ingredients
- 1lb Pork tenderloin (or whatever closest to that)
- 2 apples – your choice, I prefer Granny Smith for this
- minced garlic
- baby carrots
Directions
- Cut slits in tenderloin
- sprinkle w/ salt + pepper
- cut apples into thin slices
- fill slits w/ apple slices and garlic
- Sprinkle pork w/ cinnamon
- Set pork in crock pot and Cook 6-8 hours on low
- Enjoy 4oz of pork and drizzle apple over top
- Spoon out carrots as side
