Ingredients

  • 2lbs of flank or skirt steak
  • Your favorite hummus, 2 TBSP
  • 1/3cup Onion
  • minced garlic

Directions

  1. Sprinkle steak w/ salt and pepper
  2. Heat pan with a little EVOO
  3. Slice up onions and heat in pan until soft; add minced garlic
  4. add steak; Cook steak on first side for 3 minutes, flip and cook other side for 3 minutes
  5. Pull off oven and Let steak sit for 3 minutes to rest
  6. slice up one steak and use other steak for Saturday
  7. spoon out 2 tablespoons of hummus and serve w/ 4oz steak and onions
