Ingredients

  • Leftover flank steak from Thursday
  • Sprinkle w/ cumin, salt and pepper
  • juice from half a Lime
  • 2 corn soft taco shells
  • Onion/cilantro

Directions

  1. Heat steak w/ some EVOO on stov top
  2. Sprinkle w/ salt and pepper + garlic powder
  3. Sprinkle w/ cumin
  4. Squeeze juice of half lime
  5. Top w/ your favorite salsa, onion + cilantro
