Serving Size: 2 Sausage Links & Two 1/2 inch Polenta Cakes

Macros: 40g Carbs, 16g Fat, 28g Protein

Ingredients

  • Johnsonville Chicken Apple Sausage
  • Ancient Harvest Polenta “tube”

Directions

  1. Heat skillet up to medium heat
  2. Throw in sausage links
  3. Cook until they reach 165
  4. Cut polenta into 1/2 inch cakes
  5. Add oil to skillet
  6. Cook polenta for 2 inches each side
  7. Eat
