Crockpot Shredded Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Serving size varies based on your own personal macros.

Ingredients

  • 2-3lbs of chicken (3-4 breasts)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (I like to add more!)
  • 1 teaspon onion powder
  • 4oz black beans
  • Some type of green lettuce to use as taco shell
  • Your choice of salsa

Directions

  1. Put chicken in crockpot
  2. Pour broth in pot
  3. Put seasoning in pot
  4. Mix up to evenly spread
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours
  6. Shred chicken (with forks so you don’t burn hand)
  7. Heat up black beans on stove top for mins or until hot
  8. Put 4oz of chicken in 2 lettuce wraps and top w/ salsa + 1/3cup of black beans
