Chicken Salad with Jimica & Mango Slaw

4oz of Chicken Breast (up as needed)

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast
  • Spinach
  • Jimica
  • Mango
  • Cilantro

Directions

  1. Take your crockpot and put some water
  2. Salt-n-peppa your chicken
  3. Place chicken in crockpot
  4. Turn crockpot onto low and cook for 8 hours
  5. When you get home from work throw 1 cup of spinach on a plate.
  6. Cut mango & jimca into small bite size strips
  7. Place chicken, slaw on top of spinach drizzle some olive olive (1TSP) & apple cider vinegar (1TSP) and eat
