  • 4 ounces of Ground Beef
  • 2 TBSP of Avacado
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Poached Egg

Macros: 6g Carb, 30g Carb, 28g Protein

Ingredients

  • 1lb 80/20 Ground Beef
  • 1 Avacado
  •  1 Bag of Spinach
  • 1 Egg

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degress
  2. Patty up your ground beef into 4.2 ounce patties (beef loses some weight when fat renders)
  3. Salt n peppa your patties
  4. Turn your oven onto medium high heat, place a oiled (1TSP of olive oil) oven safe skillet on the heat and get it HOT
  5. Sear burgers for 1 minute on each side
  6. Place skillet in the oven for 6 minutes
  7. Put 1 cup of spinach on plate
  8. Cut avocado in half and remove pit.
  9. Scoop out avo guts (fruit) out and then smash up with fork. Season with garlic powder, cumin and salt for an added touch.
  10. Place done burgers on top bed of spinach and then place 1-2 TBSP avo spread on top of burgers
  11. Crack egg in burger skillet and cook until over easy, remove and place on top of burger and enjoy
