  • 4.5 oz chicken
  • 10 spears of aspargus
  • 1 slice turkey bacon

Ingredients

  • 1lb Chicken Breast
  • 1 package of Asparagus
  •  1 Package of Turkey Bacon
  • Salt-n-Peppa, Garlic Powder

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degress
  2. Divide your chicken into 4.5 ounce portions
  3. Rub your chicken breast with Salt-n-peppa and garlic powder (50/50 mix)
  4. Wrap each breast with 1 slice of turkey bacon
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature is 165 degrees
  6. Wash your asparagus and throw it in a bowl
  7. Drizzle 1 TSP of olive oil on asparagus and sprinkle in 1 TSP of salt-n-peppa
  8. Heat 1TSP of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
  9. Place asparagus in skillet and cook until it’s soft (7-10 minutes)
  10. Place everything on a plate and eat!
