Easy recipe for making delicious turkey meatballs


  • One pound ground turkey
  • One egg
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 TSP Store bought Italian seasoning
  • 1-2 TSP Salt
  • 1 can of no sugar added marinara sauce


  1. Get a baking sheet lined with p
  2. Throw ground turkey, egg, panko, Italian seasoning & salt in a bowl
  3. Mix with bare hands
  5. Make 1 ounce balls out of combined turkey mush (after you measure one you can eye ball the rest)
  6. Get a cast iron skillet scorching hot & pre-heat oven to 350
  7. Sear balls on each side so they have some nice color and crisp
  8. Pour canned marinara over balls
  9. Bake on 350 until the balls reach a internal temp of 165 degrees. DON’T BE AN IDIOT! Actually temp your poultry. Under cooked chicken is a bomb of bad germs.
  10. Place balls along side of polenta & enjoy!
