- 10 spears of aspargus
- 1 slice turkey bacon

Ingredients
- 1lb Chicken Breast
- 1 package of Asparagus
- 1 Package of Turkey Bacon
- Salt-n-Peppa, Garlic Powder
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degress
- Divide your chicken into 4.5 ounce portions
- Rub your chicken breast with Salt-n-peppa and garlic powder (50/50 mix)
- Wrap each breast with 1 slice of turkey bacon
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature is 165 degrees
- Wash your asparagus and throw it in a bowl
- Drizzle 1 TSP of olive oil on asparagus and sprinkle in 1 TSP of salt-n-peppa
- Heat 1TSP of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
- Place asparagus in skillet and cook until it’s soft (7-10 minutes)
- Place everything on a plate and eat!
