Ingredients
- Chicken Breast
- Spinach
- Jimica
- Mango
- Cilantro
Directions
- Take your crockpot and put some water
- Salt-n-peppa your chicken
- Place chicken in crockpot
- Turn crockpot onto low and cook for 8 hours
- When you get home from work throw 1 cup of spinach on a plate.
- Cut mango & jimca into small bite size strips
- Place chicken, slaw on top of spinach drizzle some olive olive (1TSP) & apple cider vinegar (1TSP) and eat
