Hummus Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • sea salt, black pepper and paprika for sprinkling

Instructions

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup Sabra hummus (I recommend roasted red pepper, luscious lemon or supremely spicy)
  • sea salt, black pepper and paprika for sprinkling
  1. Hard boil the eggs. (Google how to do it if you don’t know) Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove yolks and place them in a small mixing bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork. Add the hummus. Combine well with the fork.
  3. Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fill the center of each egg white with some of the yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
