Ingredients
- 4 pieces of whole wheat Naan
- 1 Granny Smith Apple
- 4-6 slices of bacon
- Olive oil
- 3-4 cloves of chopped garlic
- Cinnamon
Naan Pizza with Arugula, Apples and Bacon Recipe
- Cut apple into slices
- Add 1 tsp of olive oil to a pan
- Saute apples until they are soft sprinkle with cinnamon
- Saute bacon
- Pre-heat oven to 350
- Brush each piece of naan with olive oil
- Sprinkle each piece of naan with chopped garlic, a couple apple slices and crumble with bacon
- Place the naan pizzas in the oven for 7-10 minutes
- Eat!
