Energy Balls

 cup dry oats (I like 1/2 old fashioned oatmeal and 1/2 quick cooking)
1/4 cup almomd butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup dry cashews
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
dash of salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Mix ingredients together in a mixing bowl and let sit in the fridge for 20:00. Use a ice cream scooper to help you ball it up. Enjoy!
