Ingredients
- 1lb 93/7 Gound Beef
- 1 Sweet Potato
- 1 Can of Peas or 1 Cup of Fresh Snap Peas
- 1 Can or Carrots or 1 Cup of Diced Carrots
- Thyme, Salt, Pepper, Rosemary to taste
Instructions
- Get out a skillet and brown the ground beef over medium high heat. Add salt & pepper for flavor.
- Once the meat is brown pull it off and place it on a paper towel.
- Put all the veggies and your seasoning in your skillet, cook until potatoes & carrots are soft
