- 1 head of broccoli, break into florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 pieces thin sliced ginger, finely chopped
- Added sugar free stir fry sauce from store
Instructions
Put all your ingredients in a crock pot and cook it on low for 7-8 hours.
