Ingredients
- 2lbs of flank or skirt steak
- Your favorite hummus, 2 TBSP
- 1/3cup Onion
- minced garlic
Directions
- Sprinkle steak w/ salt and pepper
- Heat pan with a little EVOO
- Slice up onions and heat in pan until soft; add minced garlic
- add steak; Cook steak on first side for 3 minutes, flip and cook other side for 3 minutes
- Pull off oven and Let steak sit for 3 minutes to rest
- slice up one steak and use other steak for Saturday
- spoon out 2 tablespoons of hummus and serve w/ 4oz steak and onions
