Post CrossFit Open Workout 20.1 Self Care Tips

20.1 is such a simple little couplet. Just 10 rounds of 8 (light) Ground to Overhead & 10 Bar Facing Burpees . How can it hurt so bad? How can all that up and down make me want to vomit so much? That is the brilliance of Dave Castro. He always finds away to make Open WODs so simple, but so brutal.

Speaking of brutal 20.1 can definitely take its toll on your back and shoulders. 80 snatches at 95/65 is light work for Rich Froning , but not for most of us. So make sure you are taking care of those soft tissues post workout. If you aren’t you will see if negatively impact the rest of your workouts, and week.
