Ingredients
- 1lb Chicken Breasts
- 1 Jar of Maya Kaimal Madras Indian Simmer Madras Curry
- 1 Bag of Frozen Cauliflower Rice
- 1 Bag of Frozen Peas & Carrots
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Cube chicken into bite size pieces
- Wash hands
- Put some cooking oil in a skillet and turn burner up to medium high heat
- Dump chicken into pan
- Wash hands
- Add 1-2 TSP of salt and pepper to chicken
- Stir on util internal temperature reaches 165
- Pour simmer sauce over chicken and reduce heat to low
- Heat cauliflower rice, frozen peas & carrots according to directions on bag
- Mix up the rice, peas and carrots and plate
- Pour simmer sauce and chicken over top
