Easy & Healthy Chicken Madras Curry

  • Cube chicken into bite size pieces
  • Wash hands
  • Put some cooking oil in a skillet and turn burner up to medium high heat
  • Dump chicken into pan
  • Wash hands
  • Add 1-2 TSP of salt and pepper to chicken
  • Stir on util internal temperature reaches 165
  • Pour simmer sauce over chicken and reduce heat to low
  • Heat cauliflower rice, frozen peas & carrots according to directions on bag
  • Mix up the rice, peas and carrots and plate
  • Pour simmer sauce and chicken over top
