Wrist Flexion Eccentrics For Golfer’s Elbow

If you are one of the un-lucky people that end up with Golfer’s elbow this exercise is one of the pillars of your rehab program. It is called a wrist flexion eccentric and it’s the way we start signaling your body to regenerate tendon tissue.
However I am sharing it because I am hoping to get a few of you golfers out there to start doing it prolifically. If you start adding this into your workouts once per week it will be the ounce of prevention that saves you from a pound of cure. It also means you can focus your massage on other parts of your body.
