Ingredients

  • 40 g spinach
  • 80 g no-sugar-added canned mandarin oranges
  • 6 g sliced almonds
  • 28 g fat-free feta cheese
  • 100 g fresh mixed berries
  • 1TSP Olive Oil
  • Squeeze of Lemon Juice
  • Drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 ounces of Grilled Chicken

Instructions  

  1. Season your chicken with salt n peppa
  2. Grill or roast your chicken until it’s 165 degrees
  3. Mix the rest of your ingredients in a bowl
  4. Cut the chicken up and lay on top
  5. Eat
