Ingredients

  • 1lb 93/7 Gound Beef
  • 1 Sweet Potato
  • 1 Can of Peas or 1 Cup of Fresh Snap Peas
  • 1 Can or Carrots or 1 Cup of Diced Carrots
  • Thyme, Salt, Pepper, Rosemary to taste

Instructions

  • Get out a skillet and brown the ground beef over medium high heat. Add salt & pepper for flavor.
  • Once the meat is brown pull it off and place it on a paper towel.
  • Put all the veggies and your seasoning in your skillet, cook until potatoes & carrots are soft
  • Eat
