Still Dealing with Ankle Pain? You Deserve Better.

Generic PT plans and temporary fixes keep you stuck. Here's what happens when ankle pain goes untreated — or undertreated.

The Pain Keeps Coming Back

You've rested it, iced it, maybe even seen a provider before — but the ankle pain returns every time you push hard. Without treating the root cause, the cycle never ends.

You're Losing Ground on Your Goals

Every week you're sidelined is a week your fitness, race prep, or performance slips. Chronic ankle pain doesn't just hurt — it costs you the training and life you've worked for.

Generic Plans Don't Work for Athletes

Cookie-cutter protocols and rushed sessions leave you with exercises but no answers. You need a provider who understands how you move, how you train, and what it actually takes to get back.

Frequently Asked Questions

No referral is needed in Georgia. You can book directly and be seen as soon as the next available appointment. Just call us at (678) 774-9773 or book online.

Your initial evaluation is $165. Follow-up sessions are $90 each — and all modalities (manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, Graston, shockwave, and more) are included at no additional cost. We accept FSA and HSA cards.

We are a direct-pay clinic, which means you pay at the time of service. We provide superbills you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many patients find our all-inclusive pricing is comparable to or less than their insurance co-pays.

Absolutely not. Dry needling is one of many tools we offer, and it is always presented as an option — never a requirement. Your therapist will explain what each modality does and why it may help, and you decide what you're comfortable with. Your treatment plan is yours.

Our current hours are Tuesday–Thursday 8 AM–6 PM and Friday 8 AM–5 PM. We are closed Monday, Saturday, and Sunday. If in-person scheduling is difficult, we also offer Telehealth treatment sessions for assessment, exercise guidance, and follow-up care.

A: Your first session is a full evaluation. We'll assess your movement, identify the root cause of your ankle pain or injury, walk you through your diagnosis in plain language, give you a realistic healing timeline, and send you home with a take-home plan — including exercises, training modifications, and next steps — starting on day one.
