Neck Pain Shouldn't Sideline Your Active Life

When neck pain strikes, it affects everything—from your workouts to your sleep. You deserve relief that addresses the root cause, not just temporary fixes.

Limited Range of Motion

Stiffness and pain prevent you from looking over your shoulder, tilting your head, or maintaining proper form during lifts and runs.

Constant Discomfort

Nagging pain radiates from your neck to your shoulders and upper back, making it impossible to sit at your desk or get quality sleep.

Training Interrupted

Every workout becomes a struggle as neck pain forces you to modify movements, skip sessions, or stop training altogether.

"To say that I recommend ASR is an understatement. Johnny and his team have helped me in so many ways! I am a person who lives with MS, a chronic neurodegenerative disease that makes walking, balance, and even standing extremely difficult. After working with Johnny, I am beyond thrilled to say I can walk over a mile, something that I wasn't able to do 2 years ago!"

Neck Pain Treatment FAQs

Many patients experience significant relief within the first 1-2 weeks of treatment. Dr. Dave's protocols have helped patients recover from shoulder and neck issues in under 3 weeks. Your timeline depends on the severity of your condition, but we provide realistic healing expectations during your initial evaluation and focus on getting you measurable progress quickly.

We use a combination of proven hands-on techniques including Active Release Technique (ART), Fascial Distortion Model, cupping therapy, therapeutic massage, joint mobilization, and dry needling. Each treatment session is customized based on your specific condition and response to therapy. Our goal is to release tight muscles, restore mobility, and reduce pain as quickly as possible.

For our Sports Injury Treatment Sessions, no referral is needed—you can schedule directly. Initial evaluations are $150 for 60 minutes, with follow-ups ranging from $79-99 for 30-45 minute sessions. For Orthopedic Rehab Sessions (for diagnosed conditions like herniated discs), we do require a referral from a medical doctor. Text us at (678) 774-9773 if you're unsure which service is right for you.
